We currently deliver across Bangladesh.

Estimated Delivery Time
Inside Dhaka: 1-3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 2-5 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier
limitations, traffic conditions, high-order periods, or other circumstances beyond our direct control.

Delivery Charges
Inside Dhaka: BDT 70
Outside Dhaka: BDT 130
Additional delivery charges may apply for oversized, heavy, fragile, or bulk items. Where applicable,
this will be communicated before dispatch.

Order Confirmation
Orders may be confirmed by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email before shipment. Mumlyn
reserves the right to hold, delay, or cancel any order that remains unconfirmed or appears
suspicious.

Delivery Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, phone number, and delivery address.
Delivery may be delayed, failed, or cancelled if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or
if the customer remains unreachable.
Depending on courier access, road conditions, building policy, or delivery limitations, the parcel may
be delivered to the building entrance, reception point, or ground-floor access area.

Parcel Check
Customers are encouraged to check the parcel condition at the time of delivery. If there is visible
damage, tampering, or a missing item concern, please contact Mumlyn as soon as possible.

International Delivery

At this time, Mumlyn does not offer international delivery. Orders may be placed from abroad, but
the delivery address must be within Bangladesh.
